045° Getting started

Three steps, ten minutes, then back to your shop.

You do not need to know email marketing. Azimea comes with the flows built, the emails written and the rules that keep your customers happy.

  1. Map pins joined by a thread, on an engraved map
    01 · CONNECT

    Link your WooCommerce shop

Paste two keys from your WooCommerce admin. Customers and orders come in on their own, no files.

  2. Open brass compass on a map
    02 · SWITCH ON

Pick your flows, in one click

Abandoned cart and post-purchase come with the emails already written. Read them, then switch them on.

  3. Brass dividers open on the scale bar of a map
    03 · MEASURE

    See what email earned you

Every paid order that follows a click in an Azimea email shows up on your dashboard, with its amount.

090° Abandoned cart

Seven in ten carts are left behind. We bring them back.

When someone adds products to their cart and does not pay, Azimea emails them at the right moment, from your shop’s domain. If they have ordered in the meantime, we leave them alone.

  1. Emma leaves her cart with two soaps, €184
  2. An hour later she gets “You left something in your cart”
  3. If she still hasn’t bought, one more email arrives the next day
  4. Order placed · €184.00 recovered

Illustrative example. 70% is the average abandonment rate across 50 Baymard studies.

135° After purchase

Your cheapest customer is the one who has already bought.

A few days after the order arrives, Azimea asks whether everything is all right. No pushy discounts, no nagging: just one email at the right moment, which brings the second order.

A flow in Azimea: the steps, how many people entered and the revenue it brought

In the app you see every step: how many received the email, how many opened it, how many bought.

180° What you see in the morning

Only one number matters: what email earned you.

225° Security

Your customers’ data stays in a safe harbour, in Europe.

Emails leave from our own sending server in France, not through an American provider. Your shop’s keys are encrypted, and every access to data is logged.

  • GDPR from day one

DPA, public list of subprocessors, deletion on request.

  • Encrypted keys

Your WooCommerce keys never appear in the interface or in logs.

  • Audit log

Who changed what and when, and it cannot be deleted.

  • Careful deliverability

One-click unsubscribe; bounces and complaints stop an address automatically.

— Questions

What shop owners ask us.

Can’t find the answer? Write to us at suport@azimea.com.

Do I need to know email marketing?

No. The flows come ready-written, with rules that do not wear out your customers: no more than three emails a week, nothing at night, and anyone who buys leaves the flow.

What is an “active contact”?

A contact who has received or opened an email in the last 90 days. Dormant customers on your list cost you nothing.

Do the emails come from my shop’s address?

Yes. We show you step by step which three records to add to your DNS; after that, emails go out from your own domain and land in the inbox, not in spam.

What happens after the 14 days?

You choose a plan and carry on. If you don’t, your account is paused: your data stays, and the flows stop until you come back.

Does it work with platforms other than WooCommerce?

Today, WooCommerce only. Shopify and PrestaShop are next; you can sign up on the integrations page to hear first.
