045° What we bring in from your shop
Everything you need to write to the right person.
Customers, orders and products we read through the Shopware Admin API. New orders and consent reach us through the app’s webhooks, and carts through its storefront script, the moment they happen.
- Customers with an account
They become contacts. Newsletter consent comes from Shopware’s own newsletter, once confirmed, with its date.
- Guest buyers
People who ordered without an account, taken from the orders. Otherwise they would be missing from your list.
- Orders and products
Orders from the last 12 months with their value, and products with price and stock. They feed your segments and the recommendations in your emails.
- Carts, as they happen
The app’s script sends the cart from the checkout pages and the off-canvas cart, plus the email typed at checkout. That is what starts the abandoned cart flow.
- Order status
Paid, open, shipped, cancelled, refunded. Whoever has paid leaves the flow, and revenue is attributed correctly.
- What we never do
We change nothing in your shop: no products, prices, stock or orders. The app only writes to its own settings.
090° Connecting
Four steps in Shopware. We handle the rest.
- Upload the downloaded app in Extensions › My extensions › Upload extension, then install and activate it.
- Open Extensions › My extensions › Azimea › Configure and copy the Link code, which looks like
AZM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. - Paste it into Azimea with your shop’s address.
- Done: Azimea writes the store key into the app itself and deletes the code. Put a product in your cart and it appears in Azimea’s event log.
Azimea checks the code on the spot and starts bringing in your data. If something is wrong, it tells you exactly what: a wrong or expired code, a wrong address or the app switched off.

Nothing to copy but a code. And access stays yours.
You never give us your admin password and you create no keys. On install, Shopware grants exactly the app’s permissions, and the link code proves the shop is yours: only its admins can read it.
- Keys encrypted when saved
The Admin API keys Shopware hands over never appear in the interface or in logs.
- Everything signed
The registration and every webhook are signed with your shop’s secret. Any request without the right signature is refused.
- Revoke any time
Deactivate or remove the app in Shopware. From that moment, Azimea can no longer read anything from your shop.
- Audit log
Who connected, changed or disconnected the shop, and when.

The app is tested on Shopware 6.7, running on your own server.
- Access to install extensions
An admin account that can upload and activate extensions.
- A site on HTTPS
Your shop’s address must start with https://.
- The code within 30 days
The link code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, reinstall the app to get a new one.

Why an app and not a plugin?
Because an app runs no PHP code in your shop. It works through Shopware’s app system, with the permissions you see on install: read access to customers, orders and products, plus its own settings.
What does the storefront script do?
It sends the cart from the checkout pages and the off-canvas cart, plus the email typed at checkout. It is never cached, and the cart’s identifier is hashed in the browser before it leaves.
How is newsletter consent collected?
From Shopware’s own newsletter: a confirmed subscription reaches Azimea through a webhook, with its date. An email typed at checkout never counts as consent on its own.
How is the cart closed after an order?
Shopware orders do not carry their cart, so Azimea closes the cart of the same email address when it orders within 7 days. Whoever has bought gets no abandoned cart email.
What happens if I remove the app?
The shop disconnects at once and any import in progress stops. The contacts and orders brought in so far stay in your account. You can reinstall any time, with a new code.
