Email works. The tools just aren’t made for you.
A small online shop anywhere in Europe has one person, maybe two. They take the photos, answer the phone, pack the parcels. Email marketing stays on the “next month” list, even though an abandoned cart is an order that is almost done.

Many tools charge for your whole list, including customers who haven’t opened an email in a year.
- Built for other platforms
Most start from Shopify and the American market. WooCommerce comes second.
- Data goes overseas
Your customers’ names and addresses end up on servers outside the European Union.

The azimuth tells you which way to go.
In navigation, the azimuth is the angle between north and the direction you are heading. The navigator reads it on the compass and knows where to steer.
Azimea does the same for a small shop: it points the way to the next sale. Who to bring back, when to write to them and what the journey earned. That is also why the sections of this site are numbered in degrees, like a compass.

This site only describes what the product does now. Anything in progress is marked “Coming soon”, with no promised dates.

Every day, a small shop loses orders that were almost done: a cart left at checkout, a customer who bought once and never came back. Not because the owner doesn’t care, but because there is nobody to write the emails. The tools that exist are good, but expensive, complicated and made for someone else. That is why I am building Azimea: it connects to your shop, comes with the emails already written and shows you, in your shop’s currency, how much they brought in.
The company is small, and I want it to stay close to you. If you have a question, an idea or a complaint, write to me directly and I will answer myself.
