Follow every step
A flow starts at the first step and stops on its own when the person finishes it. Whoever stopped halfway gets a reminder; whoever reached the end gets nothing more.
Count what changed
Mark an activated account or a paid subscription as a conversion. Reports show how many came after an email, per flow and per message, and segments are built from the same events.
How your system connects
Through the API: contacts, events and transactional emails, with signed webhooks for delivery statuses. Through SMTP, for software that cannot call an API. Or from a CSV file. When you create the account, choose “An app or digital service”, and the ready-made flows and starter emails talk about users and accounts instead of orders.
Do I need an online shop to use Azimea?
No. The shop integrations bring orders and carts in automatically, but any system that can make an HTTP call, send an email through SMTP or export a CSV file can connect. The rules stay the same: a verified domain, consent, unsubscribes and your plan’s limits.
