000° Automated flow · After purchase

One email, three days after the order. No discount, no pressure.

When an order is paid, Azimea waits three days and asks the customer whether everything is all right. If something went wrong, they write to you, not in a review.

045° An order’s journey

The order is on its way. Three days later, a question.

A single email, sent once the parcel has had time to arrive. It asks; it does not sell.

  1. The order is paid. The buyer enters the flow.
  2. Wait three days. If the moment falls between 22:00 and 08:00, the email goes out in the morning.
  3. Email: “Is everything all right with your order?”, from your shop’s domain.
  4. If something is wrong, the customer replies, and the reply lands in your inbox.
  5. If all is well, you are left with a happy customer who knows where to come back to.

Is everything all right with your order?

Hi there,

It’s been a few days since your order. If anything isn’t right, just reply to this email.

If it is, we’re glad — and thank you.

You are receiving this email because you bought from us or subscribed. No more emails, please.

090° Why it matters

Your cheapest customer is the one who has already bought.

They know you, they have received the parcel, they trusted you once. You no longer pay for ads to bring them in; you just need them not to forget you.

An email asking whether everything is all right does two things. It catches problems while they are small, in your inbox rather than in a public review. And it shows customers that behind the shop there is a person who reads the replies.

  • No discount code

You do not give money back on an order that is already paid.

  • Same rules as everything else

No more than 3 emails a week from Azimea, nothing at night.

135° How it is measured

Revenue is counted after a click.

Azimea attributes to an email any order paid within 5 days of a click in it, only once, in your shop’s currency. The amount shows up in the revenue the flow brought and on the orders screen.

What to expect from this flow. The “Is everything all right with your order?” email has no link to your shop: it is a question, not an offer. That is why the revenue attributed to it will be small. What it brings shows in the replies you receive and, on each contact, in their order timeline.

In the After purchase flow you see how many entered, how many emails went out and what percentage opened them.

— Questions

About the post-purchase email.

Can’t find the answer? Write to us at suport@azimea.com.

When does the email go out?

Three days after the order is paid. If that moment falls between 22:00 and 08:00, it goes out in the morning.

Where do customers’ replies go?

To your shop’s sender address, or to the reply-to address you choose in Azimea. You read them in your usual inbox.

Does the email recommend products or offer discounts?

No. It only asks whether everything is all right and says thank you. No code, no products, no other push to buy.

Can I switch on abandoned cart at the same time?

Yes. The two flows run side by side, and the frequency rules apply to both together: a person receives no more than three emails a week from Azimea.
